‘Heartware’ Meets AI: Ichitan Delivers "Ichitan Dinsaw Robots" to Public Hospitals, Easing Medical Personnel Burdens Investing 421 Million Baht in a 3-Year Vision to Distribute 480 AI Robots Nationwide, Aiming to Upgrade Healthcare While Caring for the Well-being of Doctors and Nurses.

Ichitan Group PLC, driven by its health-focused brand "Ichitan Alkaline Water (pH Plus 8.5)," reinforces its dedication to public health innovation and community well-being. The company has launched a massive 3-year roadmap, investing 421,641,778.28 Baht to deploy 480 "Ichitan Dinsaw Robots" (AI Technology) to over 30 public hospitals nationwide. Following successful pilots in Nakhon Pathom, Ichitan is expanding its footprint to Chonburi, delivering 40 mini-models to four major public hospitals: Bothong Hospital, Watyansangwararam Hospital, Sattahip Hospital, and Somdech Phra Nangchao Sirikit Hospital, Naval Medical Department.

This initiative is designed to automate repetitive, routine tasks, allowing medical professionals to reclaim valuable time for direct patient care. Simultaneously, Ichitan is providing "Ichitan Alkaline Water (pH Plus 8.5)" to nurture the physical health of frontline healthcare workers. The official handover ceremony was honored by the presence of Mr. Naris Niramaiwong, Governor of Chonburi Province.

Currently, the Thai healthcare system faces a critical bottleneck: outpatient department (OPD) visits skyrocket past 40 million annually, some regions suffer from a stark physician-to-patient ratio of 1:5,000, and a nationwide deficit of over 50,000 professional nurses persists. By introducing the "Ichitan Dinsaw Mini Robot" to Inpatient Departments (IPD), the technology serves as an intelligent support system—monitoring symptoms, alerting medication rounds, and facilitating remote telecommunication—thereby optimizing hospital workflow and alleviating workforce strain.

Mr. Tan Passakornnatee, CEO of Ichitan Group PLC, shared his profound vision "The genesis of this project stemmed from my personal experience during a months-long hospitalization. I witnessed firsthand not only the isolation of patients but the relentless, exhausting dedication of doctors and nurses. This inspired the concept of using technology as a medical 'co-pilot' under the philosophy of 'Heartware' a technology driven by human empathy.

Beyond the immediate relief, this initiative serves as a living laboratory for the Thai AI and robotics ecosystem. Real-world deployment across 30 public hospitals provides local developers with priceless field data on actual user behaviors and friction points. This feedback loop will supercharge Thai Machine Learning, marking a monumental leap forward for homegrown AI tailored specifically to societal needs."

Mrs. Eng Passakornnatee, Senior Executive Vice President, added "At Ichitan, we firmly believe a business’s ultimate purpose is to leverage its resources to solve pressing social challenges. A great AI is one that gives humans time back to care for other humans. Delivering these 40 robots to Chonburi is, in essence, gifting 'time' back to our medical heroes, fostering a healthcare environment that is both highly efficient and deeply compassionate."

Empowering Public Health: Perspectives from Hospital Directors. Distinguished medical leaders—including Dr. Jatunit Akkapanyapong, Director of Bothong Hospital; Dr. Sudanee Buranabenjasathian, Director of Watyansangwararam Hospital; Rear Admiral Chatree Peamsiri, Director of Somdech Phra Nangchao Sirikit Hospital, Naval Medical Department; and Dr. Kunagorn Wongtimarat, Director of Sattahip Hospital—collectively reflected on this transformation. They unanimously agreed that integrating these smart AI systems drastically reduces the daily operational burden on depleted staffs. By managing 24/7 patient monitoring, emergency alerts to nurse stations, and routine medication tracking, the robots minimize human error while safeguarding medical personnel from burnout and unnecessary exposure.

Caring for the Caregivers: Innovation Inside and Out. Beyond the sophisticated AI infrastructure of the Dinsaw Robots, the core philosophy of this project remains focused on holistic well-being.

To support the physical health of frontline personnel across all 30 hospitals, Ichitan is supplying its premium "Ichitan Alkaline Water (pH Plus 8.5)" (featuring Vitamin B Complex, and Vitamin D with Ginkgo Biloba extract formulas, both boasting 0% sugar and 0% calories). This gesture aims to restore bodily balance and revitalize the energy of healthcare workers from the inside out, cementing Ichitan's visionary stance to stand alongside Thai society and uplift quality of life in every dimension.

"Through the synergy of smart innovation and genuine empathy, Ichitan proves that technology is at its best when it serves humanity. Because those who spend their lives caring for others profoundly deserve to be cared for too."
