All steps have reached the highest speed and versatile which filling technology, Ichitan produces as many as 1.5 billion bottles per year. This allows Ichitan Green Factory to achieve the highest production volume under a single roof in Thailand.

Our Pilot Plant Saves you at least 80%

Ichitan’s one stop service begins with the availability of 200 types of raw materials to be used to create your products, and providing customized solutions. Our pilot plant is ready for prototype product development and could save you at least 80% of trail production cost.

Every Product has intense inspections according to global standards.

From beginning to the end; during filling using a 100% aseptic system, after filling; bottles, caps and labeling to make sure that it is up to the required standards. More importantly, all bottles will be identified with a production code to enable tracing the product for 1 year.

The intelligent auto warehouse is the proudest achievement of Ichitan. It has the capability of managing the entire production life-cycle from raw materials till finished products as they are kept in storage through the precision of a highly advanced computer system.
