Dividend Policy and Payments
The Company’s dividend payment policy, which states that “The Company will allocate the payment of dividend not less than 40% of net profits after taxes and legal reserve”.
The dividend payment based on the Company’s operating result and shall approve in the shareholders’ meeting. All dividend payment shall depend on cash flow , investment plan, economic conditions, operating results, financial status , liquidity, including with other necessity and appropriateness of the Company in the future. The dividend payment shall not exceed the retained earnings of the Company’s separate financial statements and / or occurring impact on the normal operation of the Company, except interim dividend payment. The Board of Directors can approve interim dividend payment and then report to the next shareholders’ meeting.
